Office Assistant / Showroom Representative / Customer Service

We are a wholesale importer of Natural Stone with a beautiful showroom. We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and responsible person to join our family! Working hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service experience
• Basic office skills
• Word, Excel and basic computer skills a must, Quickbooks is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


JOB DUTIES:

• Work in a fast paced, business casual office/showroom
• Answer the phone and assist walk in customers
• Display excellent phone etiquette and reliable attendance
• Work in a self motivated manner and learn quickly
• Provide excellent customer service
• Multitask effectively
• Follow written and verbal directions
• Perform other duties as assigned
